During the build process we developed a good relationship with Craig and his team of builders and their sub tradies that they employed to complete our home. The outcome of the build is a beautiful home that has delivered all the special features we discussed with Craig including the Schist which was sourced from the South Island. Craig also made suggestions during the build like having an off set path leading tour front door, it’s a delight to be part of a community that has beautifully appointed homes unique to each owner.

Positively life changing is an apt term to sum up our decision to engage with, plan and complete our house build with the team here in Phoenix Palms. The end result for us is a new life in an attractive and safe neighborhood living in a modern, warm and stylish new home.
